missingWrote a review on 26 Febski hire serviceinadequate lockerspoor food quality
In-house ski hire service made our experience easy.
The hotel's infrastructure is heavily flawed. There were only 25 lockers for ski equipment storage, which meant many guests had to dry their clothes and shoes in their rooms, creating an unpleasant odor. the room we were given was far too small, with barely enough space for our luggage. The restaurant's location, away from the main building, was incredibly inconvenient after a long day of skiing, and the food quality was disappointingly poor, with the menu unchanged throughout our stay.

i was almost ready to give a good review, but the lack of ski lockers for everyone was ridiculous! of course, the burnt hamburgers didn’t help my mood either. i also think it’s absolutely unacceptable that there were no complimentary goodies upon arrival. really thought i’d receive special treatment at such a lovely ski resort. what a disappointment!
